A Taste for Skiing in Alta Badia
From December to April, the event “A Taste for Skiing” takes place in Alta Badia, involving several mountain huts and top chefs.
In the huts located on the ski slopes, you can enjoy dishes created by starred and international chefs, who will take you on a journey to their land. The typical hospitality of this valley meets the flavours of high-level cuisine, to make you experience unique emotions.
The event is divided into different moments: in addition to the tasting in the mountain hut, you will have the opportunity to participate in Ladin cookery courses, discovering the secrets and recipes of tradition. During the event, you can also participate in ski days dedicated to South Tyrolean wines and much more.
Peaks of Gastronomy
In summer, from July to August, the culinary event ' Peaks of Gastronomy' awaits you. In various villages in Alta Badia during the summer months, events take place that should not be missed.
From the strudel evening to wine tasting in Corvara to an aperitif in the mountains, surrounded by the impressive spectacle of the Enrosadira.
During the days dedicated to the event, you can take part in a show-cooking among the peaks. Immersed in an unforgettable panorama, you will cook various dishes together with starred and internationally renowned chefs.
